The number of sessions needed varies depending on the individual and the issue being addressed. Some individuals may see results after just one session and others may require several sessions to achieve their desired goals. It is a unique experience for each individual.

Reiki is a healing modality originating in Japan and surviving through master teachers that have passed down the knowledge of this technique of energy healing. ReFounded by Dr.Mikao Usui and then revived by madam Takata. This ancient energy has many names known as Prana, Chi, Ki, Ka, Mana Holy Spirit and many more throughout many countries, where energy practices are known.
With Reiki one allows this universal energy to pass through and directly go where it is needed for the client and for ailments the client may need help with. Distance is welcomed and often we schedule a time so clients can meditate, or even carry on with work. Either way it is practiced the same way as if you were in person. Often messages come through and those will be recorded and sent by email at the end of session.
